Nebraska Wesleyan University invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Scenic Design position for the Theatre Arts Program. The start date for this position will be August 2024.
Responsibilities: The Professor will work closely with other Design Faculty, Technical Director, and Scene and Costume Shop Managers, as well as help facilitate communication with guest designers and mentor student designers. Designer has access to a CNC router and extensive costume and props libraries. A strong commitment to participate in prospective student recruitment, academic advising, and community outreach is essential.
