Description
POSITION SUMMARY The graduate assistant will support the Master of Arts in Criminal Justice (MCJ) program with maintaining the Digital Forensics lab, conducting research, and recruiting students. QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice or related field required Acceptance into (and continued enrollment in) one of DeSales University's graduate programs required prior to start in the position. Students in the DPT, MSPAS, and MS-SLP programs are ineligible for graduate assistantships Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Certification in digital forensics preferred (not required) Strong communication and management skills Experience with hardware/software maintenance and installation Experience with digital forensics Flexible availability, including working during hours when no classes are scheduled in the lab Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution DeSales University is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
