Job Title Coordinator - Undergraduate Research Center Department Indirect Cost Sponsored Programs Salary $46,448 - $57,520; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function Under direct supervision of the Director of the Undergraduate Research Center (URC), the Coordinator is responsible for management of programs related to ongoing or recurring programs, events, and services provided by the URC, coordination of financial administration, management of stakeholder partnerships, marketing and communication management, and other special projects as may be assigned by the Director. The Program Coordinator will assist in maintaining program content; onboard new staff; coordinate meetings and events; assist in management of grant programs; coordinate trainings and workshops; coordinate conference travel, track multimedia communications including email distribution and website maintenance; supervise and manage personnel, conduct information analyses; and provide support for office functionality and advancement. Required Education Bachelor's Degree Required Related Experience Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, non-profit or government setting. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, working closely with academic departments, organizing and facilitating large-scale events, managing student workers, experience in grant administration and budgets. Desirable Related Experience Prior experience with project and/or program management experience in a higher education and/or research setting.
