Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Location: Williams Campus,Williamstown Job ID: 302686 Full/Part Time: Full Time Opening Details Williams College, a member of NCAA Division III's NESCAC conference, is excited to announce an opening for a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach overseeing programming 32 varsity sports. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services, the Head Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach will lead, plan and coordinate all aspects of competitive intercollegiate sports performance programming including strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, effective teaching of exercise technique, and all components focused on student-athlete performance development. The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach plays a key role in safety and compliance within the NESCAC, NCAA and Williams College rules and regulations. The successful candidate will work directly with sports medicine, as well as head and assistant coaches to establish appropriate competitive and developmental goals for each sport in each season. They will also work closely with the Sports Medicine staff to communicate and collaborate on student-athlete acclimatization, safety, injury recovery, and injury prevention. The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the mission of the College to provide a nurturing educational environment.
